Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• The patient has completed an online consultation (via chat, audio call, or video call).
• The patient has received their medical certificate.
• The patient has not submitted the required medical reports, as identified by the doctor.
• The doctor determines that the patient’s claim is inaccurate.
• Refund requests made more than 7 days after payment will not be processed.

To request a refund, users must complete the refund form at https://zfrmz.in/Y3of6OFlnVPRl4GBe3r8 and provide their case details along with the invoice. Refund requests will only be processed through this form; requests via other channels will not be accepted. Our team will review and respond within five working days (Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM). If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method and may take 7–20 business days to reflect in your bank account.
